Refund Policy for Individual Sessions

We offer a full refund of any booked indvidual sessions, provided that they are cancelled with more than 48 hours notice before the beginning of the session. We unfortunately cannot offer any refunds for any cancellations within 48 hours of the beginning of a session.

Due to the nature of the practice, we cannot guarantee that you will see a genuine past life in your session; unfortunately, this is a risk that comes with practices like past-life regression. With this information in mind, in the instance that you do not see a genuine past life in your session, we cannot offer you a refund.

Refund Policy for Packages

Any packages that have been purchased but not redeemed before their expiry date will be refunded in full. If a package has been purchased and redeemed, then we cannot offer a refund for this purchase. This includes purchases where you have booked some, but not all of your sessions. Booking all of your purchased sessions is the purchaser's responsibility.

 

However, if you have redeemed and booked a package of sessions and need to reschedule one of these sessions, please let us know and we can rebook it for you. Please note that as a general rule, we do need at least 48 hours' notice to ensure that we are able to rebook your session, so that you do not lose it. We will not be able to reschedule a missed session.

Privacy Policy

All of your personal data will be stored in accordance with GDPR legislation. We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for us to have it. where possible, any personal information that we hold will be anonymised (this includes information used in data collection, etc).

If you would like your personal information to be removed, please contact us in writing of your intention, and we will let you know in writing once this has been done.

If you have an account with us, any personal information that is stored on your account will be stored securely and will only be accessible by yourself. Our team members will only be able to see your name and basic information on your profile.
