How I Cured my Relationship Anxiety with Past-Life Regression

Updated: May 4

Many of you may be wondering what Past-Life Regression Hypnotherapy can do for you. I've mentioned a few times on this blog that it can improve your life, but I haven't provided examples of how this can actually manifest. So, let me share how my own experience of Past-Life Regression has changed my life for the better.

My Journey with Relationship Anxiety

For most of my young adult life, I was plagued by relationship anxiety. Thoughts like "Is he going to leave me?" and "What will I do if he does leave me?" constantly swirled in my mind. I can imagine many of you can relate to this on some level. As these thoughts crept in, they consumed me. Eventually, I would sabotage my relationships, making my fears come true. This was a painful pattern for me.

Through my Psychotherapy training, I discovered that I had an insecure-anxious attachment style. This explained my fear of abandonment (more on attachment styles in the "Further Reading" section below, if you're interested). However, I didn't know how to overcome it or where it had originated.

Interestingly, my journey into Past-Life Regression began out of pure curiosity. I wanted to explore something new, and this was the start of my "awakening," if you will. When I finally tried it, the experience was life-changing.

A Glimpse into My Past Life

During my regression, I found myself in a small rural village in Early Medieval England. I saw thatched roofs, quaint wooden homes, and fields of wheat. In the centre of the village stood a large great hall that resembled a Viking gathering place. I was a young blonde woman in my early twenties, working as a serving girl in that hall.

The hall served as a tavern for the villagers. I vividly remember serving a table of men I had known since childhood. Although I couldn't recall their names (or mine, for that matter), I felt a deep connection with them. We had been good friends for a long time.

As I delved deeper into the regression, I moved to a pivotal moment in my life. I found myself standing on a hill, facing a small stone chapel. Curiosity drove me to enter the chapel.

Inside, it was simply decorated, with bare stone walls, an altar adorned with a cross and candles, and a few pews. In front of me stood a man, but he didn't appear as a typical man. Instead, he manifested as a black, humanoid cloud.

I questioned who he was and received a clear answer: he was the man I was to marry. This is why I saw him in the chapel, standing opposite me at the altar. Although the chapel felt empty, I sensed that the entire village was present, along with a priest.

A wave of pure evil emanated from this man. I felt certain he had left me at the altar, humiliating me in front of everyone I knew. I couldn't pinpoint his exact actions, but the shame, grief, and shock were overwhelming. It felt as if I had been punched in the stomach—intense doesn't even begin to describe it. I was afraid of him.

The Revelation and Healing

As I emerged from the regression, I pondered why I had been shown this moment. The answer was clear: this incident at the altar was the root of my fear of abandonment. It had followed me through lifetimes and resurfaced in this one. I realised this was my chance to heal.

I didn't need to perform any elaborate rituals to heal. I simply acknowledged where my fear originated and left it in the past. Remarkably, I was never troubled by those anxious thoughts again. Shortly after this experience, I met my now-husband, and I was grateful I didn't sabotage that relationship too.

Despite the brief duration of this regression, the effects were immensely powerful. It was at this moment that I realised the potential of Past-Life Regression to help people heal deep-seated issues.
